WELCOME TO QC-MAC
Quality Control 2nd Check Services
Even Santa Clause says he is checking his list and checking it twice to find out who's been naughty or nice? What about you? Who's checking the people that are checking your people? The bottom line, we all need a 2 nd Check, even our Quality Assurance departments. QC-MAC was employed by one of our government agencies to 2 nd Check their quality assurance operations to ensure that their people were conducting their quality assurance activities according to the agency's policies, rules and guidelines.
This assignment was such a valuable experience that it inspired us to develop a similar service and offer it to the entire mortgage industry. We call it "2 nd Check". The services that 2 nd Check provides are as follows:

QC-MAC will conduct an audit of your Quality Assurance Department to determine if it is being operated in accordance with your company's prescribed policies and procedures and in compliance with overall industry standards and expectations.

Post Closing Loan File Review
On a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, QC-MAC will conduct a 2 nd Check on a percentage of the loans that your Quality Assurance Department has already reviewed to determine if the department is catching everything that it should and to show you what mistakes are being made, and/or omissions that are occurring and last but not least, where training should be focused. The 2 nd Check file review process also serves to validate that your Quality Assurance Department is doing the job you need and expect.
