CURRENT OPENINGS

Auditors
Responsible for reviewing closed FHA, VA and/or Conventional mortgage loans for quality control and regulatory compliance issues including RESPA requirements (Good Faith and HUD-1), REG Z, Privacy Act requirements and experience in collateral/appraisal review, evaluating credit worthiness and examining income/source of funds documentation. 2+ years experience in loan processing. Will train candidates to become auditors.

Processors
Responsible for data entry of loan files, verifying employment and other loan qualifying information and assisting Auditors with preparing and reporting information to clients. Minimum 1 year experience as a Junior Processor.

Operations Support Specialists
Responsible for copying file documents, filing, shipping loan/report packages and some data entry. Minimum of 6 months clerical experience required with at least 1-year work history.
